Senior Uniform/Instrument Return Instructions for Friday 5/29

This Friday, May 29th from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM (11:00-12:30 last names A-M, 12:30-2:00 N-Z) we will be collecting uniforms and school owned instruments from Seniors and students that know they will not be attending Lamar HS next Fall. In order to do this safely while maintaining proper social distancing please follow these instructions:

At home pack up all the pieces to your uniform (no more, no less) in your assigned garment bag and zip it all the way up
At your correct time (11:00-12:30 last names A-M, 12:30-2:00 N-Z) Drive around past the tennis courts to the back door of the orchestra room (Entry 22 see attached map)
Only one person at a time should get out of their vehicle
Place your uniform in one of the black or green bins set up
If you have a school instrument, place it on one of the tables set up (or next to it for bigger instruments)
Waive at Mr. Walton and Mr. Hogan and return to your vehicle. If you are one of the 6 seniors that graduated from Honors Music, you may also pick up your cords for graduation at this time
Sign on to Zoom at 7 PM that evening and be recognized at banquet!
